• Dispute Resolution: To investigate and resolve complaints, disputes, and legal claims arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Sharing Your Personal Data

GoldenPH does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

6.1 Service Providers

GoldenPH engages trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the Platform. These include identity verification providers, payment processors (including GCash, PayMaya, and banking partners), cloud hosting providers, customer support platforms, and fraud detection services. All service providers are contractually required to process personal data only on GoldenPH's instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards.

6.2 Game Software Providers

Certain game providers who supply games available on the GoldenPH Platform may receive limited technical data (such as session identifiers) necessary to deliver their games. These providers do not receive your full personal profile.

6.3 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

GoldenPH may be required to disclose personal data to government agencies, regulatory bodies, law enforcement authorities, or courts where required by applicable Philippine law or by a valid legal order. This includes disclosures to PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required.

6.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of GoldenPH's business, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. 7. Data Retention

GoldenPH retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

As a general guide:

• Account data is retained for the duration of your membership and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML regulations.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• KYC and identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship.
• Customer support communications are retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the communication.
• Marketing consent records are retained for as long as you remain a member and for a reasonable period thereafter as evidence of consent.

Where personal data is no longer required, GoldenPH will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention and disposal procedures.

GoldenPH uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small text files placed on your device that help us recognize you, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the Platform.

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies and security tokens. They cannot be disabled without affecting Platform functionality.

11. Children and Minors

The GoldenPH Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. GoldenPH does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted on all accounts as part of the KYC process.

If GoldenPH becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the GoldenPH Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 15.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

GoldenPH primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or international game software suppliers.

14. Amendments to This Privacy Policy

GoldenPH reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. Where changes are material, GoldenPH will provide reasonable advance notice to members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the GoldenPH Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the amended policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
