GoldenPH Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between GoldenPH ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Member," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the GoldenPH platform, including its website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the GoldenPH Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

GoldenPH reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the GoldenPH Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). GoldenPH strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification on all accounts.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling — including those subject to self-exclusion orders or court-imposed restrictions — are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of GoldenPH or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

GoldenPH reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) GoldenPH account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. GoldenPH employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, GoldenPH reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. GoldenPH will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. GoldenPH will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify GoldenPH immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

GoldenPH is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Payments

GoldenPH accepts deposits through approved payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among others. The available payment methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• GoldenPH does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via cryptocurrency unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your GoldenPH account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. GoldenPH is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱10 (Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• GoldenPH reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your GoldenPH account.
• GoldenPH targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts during standard business hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the volume of requests.
• GoldenPH reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for details.
• GoldenPH reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, pending the outcome of an investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

GoldenPH offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may be subject to geographic, account status, or payment method restrictions.
• Each bonus offer will specify the applicable wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• GoldenPH reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not affect bonuses already credited to member accounts in good faith.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on the GoldenPH Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming rules apply across all products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. GoldenPH does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on GoldenPH's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• GoldenPH is not responsible for losses resulting from interrupted gameplay due to connectivity issues on your end. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or reversed by the member. GoldenPH reserves the right to void bets where a technical error has materially affected the game outcome.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. GoldenPH reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the GoldenPH Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker and live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the GoldenPH Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. GoldenPH complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by an underage individual.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the GoldenPH Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of GoldenPH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the GoldenPH Platform without the prior written consent of GoldenPH. Unauthorized use of GoldenPH's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

GoldenPH collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

GoldenPH implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and GoldenPH cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

GoldenPH is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting customer support.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoldenPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

GoldenPH's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your GoldenPH account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

GoldenPH does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Account Termination

GoldenPH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• GoldenPH is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority;
• GoldenPH reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with GoldenPH's dormant account policy.

You may close your account at any time by contacting GoldenPH customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the GoldenPH Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact GoldenPH customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. GoldenPH will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

GoldenPH reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, GoldenPH will provide reasonable notice to members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
