What Happens During Self-Exclusion?

Once your self-exclusion is active on GoldenPH, the following measures are put in place immediately:

  • Your account is fully suspended — you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
  • Any pending withdrawals of funds already in your account will be processed normally.
  • You will be unsubscribed from all GoldenPH promotional emails, SMS messages, and push notifications.
  • GoldenPH's systems will flag your account to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.
